The luxury villa Tinka is located in the picturesque town of Sumartin on the island of Brač. Sumartin has a ferry port that connects the island with the mainland, so villa Tinka is easily accessible. Villa is located in the center of Sumartin, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, bars and a ferry port.
The villa itself consists of 2 connected units. Each unit has a master bedroom with terrace access and bay view, two spacious bedrooms, living space, dining space, sauna, and gym. An outdoor pool is a central point of the villa. This area also offers you an opportunity to dine outside while enjoying the view. You can also use the outside fireplace for grilling or you can try to prepare a traditional Dalmatian peka.

Payment and cancellation policy
Guests are entitled to pay 40% of the amount when reserving property, rest of 60% up to 30 days before check-in. In case of cancelling reservations up to 2 months before check in date, guest gets back 50% of paid deposit. After this period guest is not entitled to any refund.
