Ground floor consist of a spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen fitted with Varena by Poliform, Gaggenau and Miele appliances, stove, grill, steam cooker, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge with icemaker, coffee maker, etc

Laundry room with Miele washing machine and dryer, study room with office printer, scanner and photocopier and climatic controlled wine cellar  are situated on the ground floor as well.

Floor-to-ceiling windows provide movie-like terrace access, where you can relax around the infinity pool.

On the first floor of the villa you will find two bedrooms with spa oasis, walk in dressing rooms and terraces with the uninterrupted views out to sea and the island of Hvar. Private bathrooms with Jacuzzi Bath, double size shower and twin wash basins.

Master Suite with king size bed and en suite bathroom is situated on the second floor of the villa. South facing open glass walls and large terrace with splendid sea views will take your breath away.

On the second floor there is one more bedroom with integrated washbasin corner and working desk and Romeo and Juliet balcony.

Outside of the villa you will find a various private terraced sitting and relaxing areas leading down to the sea.

Outdoor swimming pool is heated and fitted with exercise resister, surrounded by sun decks. You can also enjoy jacuzzi for 8 people.
