Villa Sea Gem is an elegant villa by the sea located in the small town of Selca, only 3 kilometers from the center of Sumartin. 

On the ground floor of the villa you will find a modern kitchen equipped to the highest standards. The open-plan lounge has a deep sofa covered in linen and cool bamboo-framed chairs.

The villa has 4 bedrooms located on the first floor. All rooms have king-size beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub or large shower. From the rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

The entire villa is decorated and furnished using handmade natural materials. Natural 100% organic bedding and macrame in shades of white and ocher give character to the interior.

Spacious terraces provide plenty of space for relaxation with various outdoor furniture and a newly renovated infinity pool.

The villa offers two kayaks and paddle boards, as well as bicycles.

 A daily maid service is available, and a private chef is also available on request.
